Load the photograph that you to want to work with on your computer one or the other by sweeping it in or transfer it of a numerical source like a camera or an SD card.

Open Photoshop Elements. In the "Start" Fenestrate that opens, click the "Edit" tab.

Select "Enhance," then "Adjust Color" and click "Hue/Saturation." In the dialog that noises up, to adjust the Hue and Saturation slide blocks until you are happy with the color change. Click "OK."

Repeat stage 3, but this time change the image back to its original size. chosen "File" and click "Save As." Name your file and to save it as a high-resolution JPEG.
